The scope of this project included an update to the retail functionality of the store involving the conversion of fitting rooms to offices on the main floor, addition of new fitting rooms on the lower level, addition of overhead architectural soffits, and upgraded casework throughout. In addition, the lighting was substantially upgraded and a new mechanical system was installed. All work was completed in an occupied retail space that remained open for the duration of the project. Since 2001, Whitestone has taken on the responsibility of performing renovation work for Starbucks in Colorado and we have completed over $1,000,000 Dollars in projects. Projects range from small handyman jobs to major renovations. Work tends to include replacement of cabinetry & countertops, floor repair & replacement, painting, new lighting and partition walls as well as new artwork and menu boards. Whitestone has effectively managed the difficulties associated with nighttime construction work in occupied facilities in occupied spaces. |

Whitestone was asked to build a high traffic smoothie shop for the University of Colorado at Boulder, a project with a tight budget. With a simple design and a relatively small amount of casework,Whitestone was able to construct a highly functional and successful shop at a low cost without sacrificing quality. It was here where Whitestone was able to utilize our experience with building frontline and back line cabinets, counters, and provide equipment installation to help the university get exactly what they wanted. |

Einstein Bros. Bagels |

In 1999, Whitestone began performing service work for the Einstein Bros. bagel Co. Since then, we have completed $2.1 million dollars worth of work Einstein’s to renovate and convert stores bought from Manhattan Bagels, remodel existing stores, build new stores, and to work on Einstein’s out-of state stores across the Western United States. |
