Our teams of experienced project managers, framers, and finish carpenters do everything from demolition to wall framing, electrical to ceramic tile. Meet Our Project Managers:

Bob Bosshart, President and Project Manager

Bob has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a craft worker, foreman, field engineer, superintendent, project manager, estimator and general contractor. He specializes in managing projects in occupied facilities, and he has extensive knowledge in historic restoration.

Bob graduated from Colorado State University with honors in Construction Management and later received an MBA with an emphasis in Organization Development from CU Boulder. Under Bob’s management, Whitestone Construction Services, Inc. offers the highest quality of commercial interior construction services in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. His personal involvement in every project and his attention to detail consistently earn his clients’ trust and repeat business.

John Boone, Project Manager

John has over twenty years of construction experience as a carpenter, superintendent and office and field manager. He successfully launched two construction/development companies, including Whitestone Construction.

John has outstanding knowledge of construction materials methods as well as strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Boulder County area. He specializes in commercial renovations, and his clients include: IBM, Times Warner, State of Colorado, Starbucks Coffee Co. and Einstein Bros. Bagel.

Libby Morrow, Project Manager

Libby has been a project manager with Whitestone since 2007. She has an extensive background in construction design, and applies that knowledge to every project she oversees. Libby specializes in commercial building renovations, remodeling and tenant finishing for all types of businesses.

Previously to coming to Whitestone, Libby was a supervisor at Home Depot, where she gained hands on experience with a wide variety of construction technologies. Libby is a graduate of Colorado University Boulder, with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.

Erik Ressel, Project Manager

Erik has been involved with the construction industry since 1998 and joined Whitestone in 2010. Prior to Whitestone, Erik worked in San Francisco for Dome Construction in their biotechnology focus group where he managed a wide range of projects for Biotech companies including laboratories, cGMP Manufacturing, Clean Rooms, Cold Rooms, Vivariums, Warehousing & Packaging and offices. Erik brings extensive experience with tenant finish improvements to Whitestone.
